Signing in

The client area is at app.serpward.com. Sign in with the email and password you were given. Sessions last for a while, so you will not be asked every time; Sign out in the left menu ends the session.

Forgot your password

On the sign-in page, Forgot your password? asks for your email and sends a link. The link works once and for an hour. If the letter does not arrive, look in the spam folder — the first message from a new sender sometimes lands there. Whether or not an address exists, the page says the same thing: that is deliberate, so that the form cannot be used to find out who is a client.

Profile

Your email in the left menu opens the profile.

• Interface language. English or Russian. The choice is remembered in this browser.
• Theme. Light or dark. Remembered the same way; the link at the bottom of the left menu switches it too.
• Change password. The current password is required. New passwords are at least eight characters.

Changing the password does not end other sessions already signed in.

Three areas

Serpward has three separate sign-ins, on separate addresses. The client area (app.) is yours. The admin panel is ours. The beneficiary area is for partners who receive a share of what a client spends; a client account cannot sign in there, and vice versa.

Write to the address on the sign-in page or use the contact form on the website. Include the project name and, if it concerns a page, the address of the page.
